It was a true pleasure to work with him today and I can’t speak more highly of this guy. He’s very intelligent and focused on delivering great results. He answered all questions very thoroughly and explained his services as well as how the equipment works with the types of fabrics and carpet he’s servicing. He then went around with me and we inspected all areas for my approval, which all was expertly done. We made an excellent choice calling On The Dot Cleaning service today and we will use this business going forward for residential and business. Devon was communicative, honest and very detailed!! He is seriously amazing at customer service. He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting. He even insisted on going back to the home at a later time, no extra charge, to see if some of the spots he treated came up okay.
