At the start of the job he did a complete walk through of our home and... read more used a UV light to point out the numerous areas where our puppy was soiling our carpet. He then professionally treated the affected areas and then deep the carpet. The results were AMAZING. Our carpets look like new again and all of the stains and odor are gone. I was very impressed with Devin’s attention to details and his overall demeanor. He was very patient and thoroughly consulted with us throughout the entire job. At the end of the job we did a complete walkthrough with Devin and we approved the entire job. He also assured us that if we found any issues later he would be happy to come back out.
