We called and they sent out Michael. Michael was really understanding of the issue. I was ready to throw out the entire sectional. Michael was was patient and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Our couch is not only clean but no sense of urine smell. I could not even believe it. Truly a miracle! Michael also did our rug & steps and it all looks brand new!

He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting.
