I can’t say enough good things about this company, specifically Devon. We are a military family and sometimes have to move to homes we haven’t seen yet so having the... read more carpets cleaned prior to moving in is essential for us. Devon was communicative, honest and very detailed!! He is seriously amazing at customer service. He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting. He even insisted on going back to the home at a later time, no extra charge, to see if some of the spots he treated came up okay. He didn’t have to do that— I would have never known as I am currently out of state but he is honest!! I appreciate him and this company very much!! Thank you Devon!
