Devon was communicative, honest and very detailed!! He is seriously amazing at customer service. He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting. He even insisted on going back to the home at a later time, no extra charge, to see if some of the spots he treated came up okay. He didn’t have to do that— I would have never known as I am currently out of state but he is honest!! I appreciate him and this company very much!! Thank you Devon!

We were lucky enough to have Michael be our service rep. He was on time, courteous, clean, well spoken, and very honest and upfront about everything. We did a tour... read more of the areas that we wanted cleaned. He showed me the problem areas with a black light and pointed out a few areas that he couldn’t promise that cleaning would work (like paint stains). He realistically set my expectations for the service and then proceeded to exceed those expectations. He worked diligently and had me come review his work after each area was completed. He got out all of the tough stains he said he would and even some he wasn’t so sure about. He gave us advice on how to treat our couch if we ever got stains on it again going forward. He took longer for the job than he originally expected, not because he was working slowly, but because he was methodical and thorough with every task. I can’t say enough good things about this young man’s work ethic and professionalism. I would highly recommend using this service if all of their staff is as capable as Michael was.
