I am absolutely rating "On the Dot cleaning" 5 stars since we had an incident that we left our cat in the sunroom all night long. Needless to say our... read more cat urinated on our couch in a couple places that night. Our cat has never peed anywhere before this and of course dont blame our poor cat. We called and they sent out Michael. Michael was really understanding of the issue. I was ready to throw out the entire sectional. Michael was was patient and very knowledgeable about every part of the process. Our couch is not only clean but no sense of urine smell. I could not even believe it. Truly a miracle! Michael also did our rug & steps and it all looks brand new!
