Devin was very informative before the cleaning and pointed out stains left by the previous owner that we didn’t realize were there! The cleaning did not take long at all and Devin was able to remove a very old dark stain that we weren’t certain would come out. Our carpet looks renewed and smells amazing! A wonderful experience from start to finish. We will certainly be using “On The Dot” for future cleaning and other services!

They did not provide me with crap like other companies would have. Victor provide additional information that I needed in regards to my service. He went above and beyond and for that I am grateful! I will definitely be contacting them back for future cleanings!
