I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Michael. He came in and cleaned my air ducts and was so knowledgeable and professional. On the Dot Cleaning is very transparent and they really took their time and explained everything to us. They showed us everything on a camera they use to inspect the ducts and we were able to see the work we paid for. A very honest company. I recommend them to everyone I know.
