I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Michael. He came in and cleaned my air ducts and was so knowledgeable and professional. We had... read more them cleaned about 5 years ago from another company and they tried to take advantage of us and charge us double the original price. On the Dot Cleaning is very transparent and they really took their time and explained everything to us. They showed us everything on a camera they use to inspect the ducts and we were able to see the work we paid for. A very honest company. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Devin was very informative before the cleaning and pointed out stains left by the previous owner that we didn’t realize were there! The cleaning did not take long at all and Devin was able to remove a very old dark stain that we weren’t certain would come out. Our carpet looks renewed and smells amazing! A wonderful experience from start to finish. We will certainly be using “On The Dot” for future cleaning and other services!

At the start of the job he did a complete walk through of our home and... read more used a UV light to point out the numerous areas where our puppy was soiling our carpet. He then professionally treated the affected areas and then deep the carpet. The results were AMAZING. Our carpets look like new again and all of the stains and odor are gone. I was very impressed with Devin’s attention to details and his overall demeanor. He was very patient and thoroughly consulted with us throughout the entire job. At the end of the job we did a complete walkthrough with Devin and we approved the entire job. He also assured us that if we found any issues later he would be happy to come back out. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Devin and onTheDotCleaning. We highly highly recommend them 100%.
