At the start of the job he did a complete walk through of our home and... read more used a UV light to point out the numerous areas where our puppy was soiling our carpet. He then professionally treated the affected areas and then deep the carpet. The results were AMAZING. Our carpets look like new again and all of the stains and odor are gone. I was very impressed with Devin’s attention to details and his overall demeanor. He was very patient and thoroughly consulted with us throughout the entire job. At the end of the job we did a complete walkthrough with Devin and we approved the entire job. He also assured us that if we found any issues later he would be happy to come back out. Devon was communicative, honest and very detailed!! He is seriously amazing at customer service. He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting. He even insisted on going back to the home at a later time, no extra charge, to see if some of the spots he treated came up okay.
