Devon was communicative, honest and very detailed!! He is seriously amazing at customer service. He sent photos, texts and called plenty of times throughout the service just to inform me of any issues or problems he did or didn’t see with the carpeting. He even insisted on going back to the home at a later time, no extra charge, to see if some of the spots he treated came up okay.
