We called for a quote on Saturday and were able to book a Monday evening appointment, which was incredibly convenient. With concerns about pet dander, accidents, and general wear, our couch was long overdue for a deep clean. Michael arrived, thoroughly examined the sectional, and walked us through the entire process — from how they’d remove odors to how to best maintain the fabric going forward. The team was extremely thorough, kind, and made the whole process look effortless. Our cushions are drying for the next 10–12 hours, but we’re already so impressed with the detailed, thoughtful service. We’re really glad to have found our go-to local carpet and upholstery cleaners!

Ross & Amy did a wonderful job! very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very communicative. They brought my two toned white couch back to life, and were able to remove big black dirt spots due to moving. like it never happened!

Highly recommend! Amy and Ross were wonderful. Explained what they were going to do before they started, were very thorough in getting all my carpets squeaky clean. Even the pet stains that had been there a while. Will definitely have them back for the bedrooms and my vents. Price was very reasonable.

Amazing experience with this company. I called a few companies and the individuals I spoke with about the job I needed done were very short with me and were rude, but not On the Dot Cleaning. Our calls felt more like conversations and not just business/transactional calls. Affordable/reasonably priced and amazing work. Our employees and even the children of some of the members were so happy with the cleaning and noticed a major difference. Would/will book in the future for more jobs and cleanings. I would even go as far as to recommend to other people, we even took a few cards to be able to spread the word and our experience with others. Wishing them all the best with their company!

Amy and Ross got all our stubborn stains out of our carpets! It had been a decade since a professional carpet clean and we should done it sooner as our carpets look brand new even after having toddlers, dogs, and cats! We could not been happier! Look no further this company is legit and did not cut any corners! We love our new floors. Our house is looking fantastic!

Amy is the best customer service support. She got me on the schedule and came right on time. She was even kind enough to work with me through my appointment snafu. Let me say I had little hope for this furniture that my little”Angels” “loved” on thoroughly. Ross was informative and a perfectionist. He had the attention to detail down so much that I gladly hand him my title. They went to work and when I tell you they gave new life to our furniture! All the feels like brand spanking new. There were spots I thought for sure were a lost cause especially on the dining chairs and they restored them. I really wanted to know for a fact that it was clean as we go into the holidays and hibernate. I knew it was clean and a bit embarrassed when I saw the water color as they pulled up from the sectional. So worth it just for the hygiene factor alone. For a good long term protection I got the scotch guard as well. Already thinking of all my carpets getting done! 10 out of 10 recommend!
