We recently tackled a heavily stained hallway in Pigtown, Baltimore, where the carpet had been affected by pet urine spots over 14 years old. These weren’t just surface-level stains—they had soaked deep into the carpet pad and even reached the subfloor in certain areas.
The photo above shows the results from just the first round of cleaning. Our process included a deep flush to pull contamination from the padding below, prepping the area for a follow-up subsurface extraction using professional tools designed to reach beneath the carpet fibers.

Even after this first run, the improvement was dramatic. These results prove that proper treatment, experience, and the right equipment make all the difference—especially with deep-set odors and stains that standard cleanings can’t touch.
We’ll be returning for the next stage of the process, which involves a targeted subsurface flush to finish the job and leave this carpet truly restored.
