Yes! We use eco-friendly, green-rated RTU (Ready-To-Use) ingredients that are safe for children, pets, and the environment.

Our process ensures thorough and transparent service:

  • Pre-Job Inspection: We conduct a detailed walkthrough of all areas to assess your needs and discuss expectations.
  • Customized Cleaning: We use the best cleaning method for your specific surfaces, ensuring optimal results.
  • Final Approval: Once the job is completed, we seek the homeowner’s approval and ensure they are fully satisfied before we leave.

Carpet Cleaning

We specialize in two cleaning methods:

  • Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning): A deep-cleaning method ideal for removing dirt, allergens, and stains.
  • Low Moisture Cleaning: A quicker-drying option that’s great for maintenance and lightly-soiled carpets.

The typical dry time is 3-4 hours. However, this may vary depending on the method used and environmental conditions.

Yes! Our team is skilled at removing a wide range of stains, including pet accidents, heavy soiling, and more. During the pre-job inspection, we’ll assess any specific areas of concern.

Upholstery Cleaning

We clean a variety of upholstered furniture, including sofas, loveseats, chairs, and more. 

No. Our team tailors the cleaning method to your furniture’s fabric type, ensuring gentle yet effective results.

Air Duct Cleaning

Clean air ducts improve indoor air quality, reduce allergens, and enhance HVAC system efficiency. 

We offer a comprehensive inspection prior to any air duct cleaning service. This includes:

  • Full Ductwork Inspection: A thorough evaluation of all your supplies, returns, and registers.
  • Live Video Feed: Homeowners will have access to a live video feed of the inspection for complete transparency.
  • Air Quality Check: An air quality assessment to help you make a confident, informed decision about proceeding with the service.

Yes, there is a small inspection fee. However, if you decide to proceed with our air ductcleaning service, this fee is waived.

We recommend cleaning your air ducts every 2-3 years, or sooner if you notice dust buildup,musty odors, or increased allergy symptoms. 

Scheduling and Payments

You can schedule an appointment by calling us or booking directly through our website at onthedotcleaning.com. 

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We also provide a pre-job message and terms to ensure this is clear before the job begins. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards and electronic payments. Please note: we do not accept cash. 

While tipping is not required, it is greatly appreciated if you’re happy with our service.
